1-Year Renewals

By resubscribing within 30 days of your product expiration, Lexi-Comp will provide a 10% discount on your entire* renewal order, including any print or electronic products you wish to add. Additional software products can be added to your order at this time - receive your 10% renewal discount on those too!

*PLEASE NOTE: Discounted renewal rate applies to software and print purchases only, it does not apply to hardware products such as PDAs, memory cards, etc.

2-Year and 3-Year Renewals

In addition to the renewal discount, multi-year subscriptions save you even more! Upgrade to a 2-year subscription and save 20% off the annual retail price. Three-year subscriptions are also available at a 33.3% savings off the annual retail price.

Renew in 4 Easy Steps!

Please follow these steps to renew your handheld software.

1. Visit the Lexi-Comp ON-HAND webstore and select either bundled software packages or individual software databases.
2. Select your device platform (Palm, PocketPC, BlackBerry) and subscription duration (one-, two-, or three-years) from the dropdown menus and click "Buy". To learn more about the package or database, simply click on the name to view the product description.
3. Click "Continue Shopping" if you wish to add further products to your shopping cart. Once all items are added, click "Proceed to Checkout." In order to receive the renewal discount, you must login using the login and password from your current handheld account. For assistance with your login information, please contact Customer Support.
4. Once the purchase is complete, you may use Lexi-CONNECT to activate the software on your device. Simply launch Lexi-CONNECT, download your newest updates, and perform one synchronization. Your software will now be registered.

*PLEASE NOTE: BlackBerry subscribers that renew during their subscription period will be updated automatically as soon as the renewal purchase is made. BlackBerry subscribers allowing their subscription to lapse before renewal will be sent a new activation key for the BlackBerry software.
